Vincent spent the early part of his career working as a Human Resource professional in a multinational environment moving between London and the Middle East. He moved to Scotland where he completed MBA at the University of Strathclyde and was involved in a number of Management Development projects.
Vincent has extensive experience of advising CEO’s and senior management on a range of people management issues from major restructuring projects to challenging Employment Tribunal cases.
He is an accredited mediator with extensive experience of Industrial Relations including negotiating complex collective agreements.
In the past 3 years, he was involved in the acquisition of businesses in the UK, Holland and Germany. He was key member of the integration team, with responsibility for the restructuring of the businesses; reducing payroll costs; and preparing new employment contracts and terms of employment.
